Girland Chibaya is a retail executive by profession and the author of the book “Till Death Us Did Part – My Journey Through Grief” published in 2020. The book is dedicated to his late wife whom he tragically lost due to a road accident while she was out running. This book unravels the mystery of death and how to embrace the journey of grief. The other purpose of this profoundly captivating book is to help others cope with the loss of a loved one. In life, everyone will face challenging situations at one time or another, when that happens his message is; learn to let go, forgive yourselves and forgive the situation so that you can keep moving forward. It will not be a walk in the park but still a necessary process. All you need is to stay strong and hold on to the hope that things will get better.
“When we are confronted with grief. We must allow ourselves the vulnerability to express our emotions and accept that our emotional reaction will vary from person to person – from crying and anxiety to sadness and fear – to remind you again that we all have different ways of coping with grief”
